Information about my customers is important to my business. I share your personal information for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:

I placed an order a few months ago to add to my wife’s collection as an anniversary gift. It took weeks for the order to be acknowledged. then the shop was “too busy” for the holidays and it would take longer for the order to process. I was then informed that the order must be lost and that a second order would be processed. This took several more weeks and finally the product showed up by usps while I was not home and they left a note saying that the postage was short and it required several more dollars for me to receive the package. I have heard nothing back in regards to this from the seller. My experience has been a bad one with this company. I certainly won’t purchase from them again.

This was my first negative Etsy experience. I purchased the two-sided snowflake w/photo and message, but had an issue uploading the photo thru the link. Jonathan was very responsive and had me email it instead. Item shipped 2 weeks later but when arrived, was a blank ornament. I reached back out, Jonathan said he would redo and expedite shipping, but Christmas came and went with no ornament. This was upsetting since it was a special gift for my son’s girlfriend who was visiting from overseas and I kept telling her I had a special gift. When I reached out again to Jonathan, he said the USPS must have lost it, but he would produce a new one. At this point, I no longer wanted to do business with this shop and asked for a refund, which I did get immediately. I will say the owner is responsive but the whole situation was upsetting.
