I hate to give an Etsy shop a bad review because I like supporting small shops, but the experience I had with the shop was awful and lengthy. When I submitted my order to the seller weeks had passed and it still hadn't shipped. I contacted them and they said it would ship the next day. After almost a month had passed I asked the shop for a refund since it was a Birthday gift. They said they submitted for a refund. Several more days passed and I contacted the shop about my refund. They assured it was submitted and would hit my bank shortly. After a few more days I decided to reach out to Etsy support and Etsy confirmed that this shop never submitted for a refund. I think this shop was hoping I would forget about ordering this and not want to go through the process of a refund. They did refund me once I got Etsy support involved.



After going back and forth with company, I received refund. They kept telling me item had shipped when it had not. Never received product. Was lied to. Disappointed.


I LOVE how my new puppy's tag came out and can't explain how helpful and amazing Jonathan from Hapa was to work with.


Ordered my tag at the end of April, the beginning of Mag I got a tracking number. The track number still to this day says it never left their shop. I've been in contact with them and they were going to make me another tag and ship it out ASAP. I week went by and I heard nothing. I did a follow up on June 7th and it's been over a week and I still haven't heard back from them. I am request a refund. I'm tired of dealing with them.
